Mr. Noubissi is a professional negotiator, author, and experienced manager in Procurement and Contract Management. Holding multiple Master’s degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Contract Management, and certified as a SMARTnership™ Negotiator, he is also the author of three books on negotiation, all available on Amazon. Notably, his latest book, Négociez et Devenez Riche, was prefaced by Dr. Keld Jensen. As Head of the Procurement & Contracts Department, he combines academic expertise with hands-on experience to develop efficient and sustainable contractual strategies. As a Candidate Certified SMARTnership™ Partner, Mr. Noubissi is committed to working alongside Dr. Jensen to promote the SMARTnership™ model in France and Francophone Africa through workshops, training, and organizational support.
